The terrace for dinner and breakfast was top quality. Wonderful setting. Breakfast was excellent. Service for dinner was very good . the staff were very friendly and attentive. Very good location For Tours with a short walk to the tram service.

Room was very decent, well equipped, Especially the common areas such as the reception and the restaurant, and then also the surrounding grounds are exceptional. All staff were also exceptionally kind and helpful. The beautiful center of Tours is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel located in a small park. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. There is a spa and small swimming pool. The real surprise was the quality of the food at the restaurant. Often hotel restaurants are not the greatest but this one was really good. Breakfast buffet was excellent and I am not really a buffet person. Food was replenished often and was very tasteful. A fresh squeezing orange juice machine was available and you could get a freshly squeezed glass by the touch of a button. Found parking every day on the hotel grounds and it was free. Stayed in the new addition because of the room I had chosen. Next time I will try a room in the castle building itself.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. The small balcony was a lovely extra. I especially liked the kitchen area with a refrigerator. The breakfast was superb. The restaurant was wonderful, serving excellent food. We felt very special! It was lovely to be able to walk down the street to catch a tram right into town. I recommend guests study the Tours transport system on-line to take full advantage of it.

Lovely hotel and grounds. The room had the wow factor. It was huge and so comfortable and relaxing. We couldn't get internet on the TV for some reason but it didn't spoil our stay. The breakfast was very good. We stayed an extra night because we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent, spacious room. The food and service in the restaurant were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a reasonably easy 25 minute walk from the old town.

Too expensive as we only need coffee & croissa t we t to ,ocal patisserie & had coffee in the garden Menu for lunch & 😃dinner was really high standard & co pliments to the chefs. We know food & look for excellence .also found 1* restaurNt nrae by an experience worth the cost.

The room and facilities were fabulous, we had an upgrade to a junior suite. I appreciated the walk in shower as opposed to one over the bath, I appreciated slippers and bathrobe. We didn’t take advantage of the swimming pool or spa however it looked very inviting.

Exceptional grounds for relaxing in. Divine restaurant and lunch. Friendly staff. A perfect location to come and relax. You are near the town but away from the town so no noise. We stayed in a ‘contemporary’ room in one of the modern wings not the Chateau part itself. The room was very clean and pleasant

Lovely hotel and grounds. We had an evening meal which was very enjoyable. Staff were polite and attentive. We greatly appreciated the upgrade in our room. Again, the reception staff were superb, also went out of her way to find us a parking spot. A lovely time spend relaxing and we will definitely book again. Many thanks
